Here at Shell Belle's, we feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve the Norman community - whether that be from a storefront, or from our home bakery. Our owner, Chef Shelley Hall, had the vision of opening up her own bakery after attending and excelling in pastry school. Shelley has over 11 years of experience, and graduated pastry school in 2015. In 2020, she made her dream a reality and opened up Shell Belle's Bakery on Norman's Historic Campus Corner. For two beautiful years, Shell Belle's served coffee, pastries, and lunch to the Norman and OU community, encouraging a safe space for locals to hang out and be themselves. In September of 2022, our family at Shell Belle's made the terribly hard decision to shut down our storefront on Campus Corner and return to our roots - making baked goods filled with love from our home kitchen. Times can be tough, and this season of life hit us a little harder than expected. Our customers at Shell Belle's are and have always been our family, and we have the priority of continuing that - even if from a smaller space. We are still here for all of your custom order needs, whether that be a dozen cookies or a birthday cake. To all of our customers and supporters - We are forever grateful for you.
